Come and experience techniques that build strength and stamina through the latest in hip hop movement. Students will gain a new sense of confidence and comfort with their bodies (or as a whole), while learning the latest moves of this evolving form of dance. Through warm-up, across the floor exercises and combinations, the students develop coordination while having a great work out.
